The Karen Peters Group (at Caldwell Banker) was outstanding from start to finish. Having never sold a home before I wasn’t to sure about exactly how things were going to go. Karen Peters and Taylor DeStefano (my agent) met with me at my Mothers home. They came completely prepared and answered every question I had for them and explained a million other things that didn’t know anything about prior to meeting them. There was absolutely no pressure to list with them. After meeting with 5 other realtors over the next few days, I knew I would be hiring Karen and Taylor to sell my Mothers Home.
