Sonny Gotay is our Sales & Growth Coordinator & licensed realtor with the Karen Peters Group, where he plays a key role in driving business development, lead generation, and team expansion.

With a background in mortgage lending and hands-on experience in investing and project management, Sonny brings a well-rounded, strategic approach to real estate. His ability to understand both the financial and operational sides of a transaction allows him to guide clients with clarity and confidence while also helping the team scale its production and systems.

In his role as Sales & Growth Coordinator, Sonny focuses on identifying new opportunities, implementing marketing strategies, and optimizing lead conversion to ensure consistent growth for the team. He is passionate about building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping both clients and agents succeed at a higher level.

Outside of real estate, Sonny serves as a captain in the Paterson Fire Department, where leadership, discipline, and service are at the core of everything he does. A longtime Wayne resident, he lives with his wife, Katie, and their two sons, Amias and Lucian. Sonny values family, fitness, and creating meaningful experiences, and he brings that same level of care and commitment to everyone he works with.
