Meet Jamie Rodriguez, the Operations Manager for the Karen Peters Group, where she serves as and integral leader, ensuring the team operates with efficiency, structure, and consistency. With seven years on the team, Jamie has grown alongside KPG and now leads the systems, staff, and day-to-day operations that keep the business running at a high level.
In her role, Jamie oversees administrative staff, agent support, and overall operational flow, ensuring agents feel supported, informed, and empowered in their business. She is responsible for optimizing systems, maintaining compliance, improving processes, and driving operational excellence across the organization. From onboarding and training to performance tracking and system management, Jamie plays a key role in creating a seamless experience for both agents and clients.
Jamie holds a real estate license and continues to assist friends and family with their real estate needs, keeping her closely connected to the client experience she supports behind the scenes. Her leadership style is rooted in accountability, communication, and collaboration, and she is passionate about building strong systems that allow both people and businesses to thrive.
Outside of work, Jamie is newly married and enjoys spending time with her husband, Carlos, as well as family and friends. She has a love for travel, the beach, and music, and can often be found exploring new places or walking her dog, Parker. Originally from Parsippany, she is a graduate of Montclair State University with a degree in Business Administration and remains committed to both personal growth and helping the KPG team continue to scale and succeed.
