Meet Dymen Rutkowski, the Client Services Coordinator for the Karen Peters Group, where she plays a key role in creating a smooth, thoughtful, and client-focused experience from start to finish.  

In her role, Dymen serves as a point of support for clients throughout their journey,  assists the team with marketing and listing preparation, and managing client  appreciation initiatives. Her attention to detail and reliability allow agents to stay focused on their clients while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.  Dymen comes from a background in hospitality, which enhances her ability to anticipate needs and deliver exceptional service.

Known for being kind, diligent, and funny, Dymen thrives in a team-oriented environment and values the relationships she’s building within the team as well as with our KPG clients. She is driven by her long-term goals of homeownership, financial freedom, and continued growth within the real estate industry.

Outside of work, Dymen enjoys acting, spending time with friends and family, and trying new restaurants. She brings a creative spirit to everything she does and hopes to one day pursue voice acting, all while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
